Resep Nasi Kuning Rice Cooker

Bahan yang harus disiapkan:

250 Gram beras, cuci bersih
450 ml Air
50 ml Santan 
1 Lembar Daun Salam
2 Lembar Daun Jeruk
1 Batang Serai, ambil bagian putihnya dan memarkan
1 Sdm Minyak Goreng

Bumbu Halus:

3 Siung Bawang Merah
2 Siung Bawang Putih
3 Butir Kemiri, sangrai
2 cm Kunyit
1 Sdt Garam
1 Sdt Gula

Untuk Topping (opsional):

Telur Dadar Iris
Ayam Goreng
Tempe Orek
Potongan Mentimun
Potongan Tomat
Sambal Terasi
Kerupuk

Cara Membuat:

  1. Haluskan semua bahan bumbu halus, tumis hingga wangi, lalu masukan daun salam, daun jeruk, serta serai.
  2. Setelah bumbu berwarna kecoklatan, tambahkan air, lalu santan, aduk-aduk hingga mendidih. Matikan api, angkat.
  3. Masukan beras ke dalam rice cooker dan campuran air santan dan bumbu. Tekan tombol 'cook'.
  4. Setelah matang, sajikan nasi kuning dalam piring taburi dengan topping.
  5. Nasi kuning rice cooker siap disantap.
